These windows were designed in 1869 by a company in St. Louis and were installed in the choir loft of the old Catholic Church in Collinsville, IL. When the building was torn down in the 70's, we removed the windows plus some extras and took them to the company in St. Louis where an elderly gentleman recognized them as having been designed by his grandfather and he showed us the original drawings in a scrapbook. We had them repaired using the extra windows for pieces and installed them in our home.
Each window has a MUSICAL INSTRUMENT in the center of the cartoon and measures 26"W x 67"H. We are building a new home and will not have a place for them. They would be perfect for a MUSIC LOVER'S HOME, a RESTAURANT, a CHURCH or CHURCH ADDITION,a PUB/PIANO LOUNGE, etc.
These are being stored in South County in St. Louis, and can be seen by appointment.
