Country Fair Collection from Heritage House. Figurine is very detailed & decorated with flowers on base and carousel horse. Turns manually around a gold colored pole. Plays music when bottom is pressed. Colors are not faded. There is either a small chip or spot of paint at top of mane. Approximte dimensions: 4"w x 6"h with a 3-1/2"base; weight: 10oz. No box.
