Pit Bull Terrier - Stanley - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog
Stanley is a mix and is about 2 years old. He was found running the streets near Compton and Gravois in St. Louis City. Although he did have a potential adopter, the person lost their home due to divorce and was unable to keep Stanley, which is why he was returned to me. Stanley is sweet and energetic and desperately wants some undivided attention, he loves to bound across the yard and play ball or try to sit on your lap. Stanley is not dominant at all and is kind of bullied by my other foster. Stanley has been around a cat for the last 6 months and he's been fine but he has absolutely no experience with children. At his adoptive home Stanley was encouraged to growl during play fighting - I do not play fight with Stanley and am working on this but if he growls while playing (which only happens if he is being encouraged to play rough) it is not aggressive. Stanley is around 55 lbs and has been neutered, he also has all of his shots.
