Shepherd - Shawn - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog
Shawn is a male Shepard mix, DOB 8/25/07 and weighs approx. 60 lbs. Shawn is a friendly boy, loving to be petted or by your side. Shawn loves to take walks and will walk very well by your side, never pulling or trying to rush ahead, and every once in a while looking over at you to make sure you are having just as much fun as he is. He is always a gentleman, very quiet in his crate and will readily go in when you tell him to "kennel". Shawn does like to play ball but doesnt always want to bring it back to you. He will sit on command and take a treat gently from your hand. He is a very happy dog and will give you a great big smile to show you! He can be a little picky with other canine companions and doesnt seem to mind the felines. Shawn has been waiting quite a long time for his own home but we are still hoping that there is one out there for him. He doesnt do well at Petsmart, too stressful for him, so it has been harder to find someone interested in him from the website. Shawn is crate-trained and house trained. Will you be his new home?
