Black Labrador Retriever - Saralee - Medium - Young - Female
SARALEE Born about Oct.. 2009 Estimated weight 40 lb. Saralee is one of a litter of eight from the Rolla area. The person bringing them in said they were "dumped" on him. However, he repeatedly referred to them as boxers when they are all jet black. There is a resemblance in the face and body lines when one looks closely, making one think he was aware of their origin. Whatever the case they are sociable and playful puppies, very good looking and obviously well cared for by someone. Saralee was the smallest of the litter and also the one with the quietest nature. She is affectionate with people and does well with other dogs. It takes her a while to warm up as she is a bit shy at first. All of the puppies but two were adopted quickly. Saralee and Dolly got left behind. Dolly was recently placed. Saralee, though shy, has potential and really, really wants a real home. It will take some time and patience until sje gets use to things. Another dog to show her the ropes would like be helpful but is not a requirement.
