This is the V-Pak Bar Lite made by Arel Inc. of St Louis MO.
It has four General Electric Photo-EBR 375 watt bulbs.
Reflector photo lamp rated at 3400K.
A package from one of the bulbs is in the case.
The light bar has two switches.
Each switch turns two of the bulbs off and on.
It has a camera mount and a screw on handle included in the case.
